Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What’s Covered By The Ripclear Warranty:
- Protectors being defective
- Protectors not fitting the perimeter shape desired
- Imperfections in the film not caused by general wear and tear, misuse, or damage by chemicals
- Damaged package in shipping
What’s Not Covered By The Ripclear Warranty:
- Scratches and abrasions caused by normal wear and tear
- Improper application / Application issues
- Modifying the product
- Issues caused by non prescribed use of our products
If you find that you want to return the product for a reason covered by our warranty or your product is in a new and unused condition, please fill out the form below. Once submitted we will contact you and process your claim. Make sure you add Support@Ripclear.com to your spam filter so we can communicate.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days from approval.
