If you're not happy, we'll make it right - that's a promise! Kindly note, our returns and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If this period has elapsed, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. What’s Covered By The Ripclear Warranty:
- Defective protectors
- Protectors that don't fit the specified perimeter shape
- Film imperfections not resulting from wear and tear, misuse, or chemical damage
- Packaging damaged during shipping
What’s Not Covered By The Ripclear Warranty:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches and abrasions
- Issues stemming from improper application
- Product modifications
- Problems arising from unintended use of our products

Upon receiving your return, we'll conduct an inspection. You'll be notified via email regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be initiated, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days from the approval date.
